The Learning and Trainers Education Network (LTEN) annually awards a series of educational excellence awards to training agencies and their clients that demonstrate excellence in sales training delivery. One of these awards, the Provider Innovation Award, seeks to recognize training providers that have deployed innovative practices, processes and or technologies in support of a client that delivers engaging learning that represents a level of creativity unmatched by others in the training industry.

Educational Resource Systems has been selected as an award finalist for 2021 for vERSe, its’ proprietary virtual meeting platform which ERS deployed in late 2020 during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic on behalf of a client looking to virtually launch a new product to over 450 people. ERS’ client was looking for something that would go far beyond typical platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and selected ERS platform given its ability to mirror a multiple day live launch meeting virtually and allow company personnel to participate in gamification activities, breakout sessions and main stage presentations.  Through social media type engagement throughout the meeting and back-end reporting, ERS was able to provide participation metrics and learner satisfaction reports back to the client thus demonstrating the popularity of the platform with participants, and the effectiveness of the training delivered over the 4-day meeting.

LTEN will announce the winner of the Provider Innovation Award at its’ annual meeting which will be held June 13-16 in San Antonio Texas.
