Gregg has been involved in medical education and sales training for more than 27 years. Upon the completion of his BA in Marketing Communications from Seton Hall University in 1982, Gregg was immediately hired by Johnson & Johnson’s Ortho Diagnostic Systems as Manager, Visual Communications.
He developed the in-house capabilities for video production, computer graphics, multi-image slide productions, National Sales Meetings, and Product Launch Meetings. Working under the Director of Sales Training, Gregg’s progress continued with new opportunities and responsibilities at Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceutical. His staff provided state-of-the-art production for Ortho as well as several Johnson & Johnson operating companies. During this time, Gregg was the recipient of the United Way Tri-State Communication contest First Place award for video production. He has also been the subject of several articles in corporate video production and management journals.
In December 1988, Gregg’s desire to pursue sales with Ortho offered new responsibilities and challenges, rewarding him with the Outstanding Sales Representative award for the fourth quarter in 1989.
In October 1990, he joined ITL/CME as Director, Sales and Marketing, where he could offer clients his knowledge of video production, as well as pharmaceutical sales training experience. Gregg was responsible for selling the first computer-based training program to Janssen Pharmaceutica. This marked the start of several entirely computer-driven sales training programs at Janssen as well as other pharmaceutical companies.
In 1994, Gregg resigned from ITL/CME to form Educational Resource Systems, Inc. (ERS).
In the last 27 years, Gregg has assembled the best talent available in the areas of medical writing, medical illustration, instructional design, web-based programming, and meeting planning. Gregg’s commitment to client needs and budgetary considerations ensures the future success of ERS and their continued client relationships.
